Perhaps he takes on a Chris Gamble type role where he is primarily a DB, but because of his athletic capabilities you use him on offense in certain situations.

Just sayin, but it cannot take away from his primary role on defense.

Possibly, but we already have a ton of unproven talent at WR and the pivot, we should probably try them out first. I couldn't see marshon being anymore electric than dontre, Curtis, parris, jalin, Corey, or James in the open field. But I would e interested in possibly seeing marshon in the return game. But keeping him on defense to strengthen our CB corp would be essential.

I tend to agree that this might be our first two-way player since Gamble. Marshon has a defensive mentality and really seems comfortable flipping his hips in coverage, but he is too explosive offensively to not use occasionally at receiver. I still think Marshon has more potential on the offensive side but due to team needs and a great haul at WR the past two years, I am more than ok with him playing CB.

I find myself drooling more at the fact of him playing defense and aligning with Webb to form a shutdown defensive backfield. We should be fine on offense. Marshon is as explosive as Curtis, donate, Paris and jalin. More help needed on defense

Not forgetting about Cam or Eli, but this is Marshon's thread so was keeping it relevant to him. They have their opportunities and it will be interesting to see who beast out who. But certainly the competition is building for the 2 CB spots.

Marshon will be in the mix but he may have to wait his turn unless the coaching changes..

Idk what coaching changes have to do with him playing or not. Im sure he'll get ample time if he's ready. But odds are on that he won't be. There's a lot of talent in front of him and not to mention his fellow class member, Damon webb. Burrows and apple as well as Conley have a year under them and could be tough to beat
