This kid had some promise freshman year so it’s a minor sting. Nothing this season (undisclosed injury?).

Just a schlub from Y-town
I think he showed flashes, but he seemed to have been passed over. He wasn't recruited by Tim Walton, and Walton has a type of player he tends to like, from what it seems like. If there was some future at OSU, other than backup, I am sure Walton would have told him to stick around.

Former Ohio State Cornerback Jyaire Brown Transferring to LSU
Jyaire Brown is transferring to LSU, becoming the third Ohio State cornerback to transfer to LSU in as many years, joining JK Johnson and Sevyn Banks.
FORMER OHIO STATE CORNERBACK JYAIRE BROWN TRANSFERRING TO LSU
He is also the third former Ohio State cornerback to transfer to LSU in as many years as JK Johnson moved to Baton Rouge after the 2022 season while Sevyn Banks matriculated to LSU from Ohio State before the 2022 season.

I know that those kids are entitled to the money they are generating and should also have the same rights to move "jobs" like coaches do, but between NIL and the Transfer Portal, college football is beginning to suck.

Your favorite forgotten pass rusher
It’s like Kye Stokes and Malik Hartford. These guys get really high praise as Freshmen in the Defensive Backfield and crack the two deep roster. Then they get older and can’t start for lesser teams. Pretty odd but maybe Ohio State makes some turds look like decent starters.
