If it's the same thing I read, it's one line that says there's some buzz that Michigan leads. On the other hand, he got a CB to the Buckeyes 12 days ago. I doubt that much has changed. I'll take it with a grain of salt until he visits somewhere.
Lockhart would be a great cherry on top to the CB class in '24Going to be a heck of a tandem. Throw them in with CSH and Mathews...that should get us right back to BIA status. There will probably be a third CB in the class but that is a great base to work with.
Update: listened to the "Talking Stuff" podcast posted last night on my way in this morning. Birm and Andrew Ellis both think Ohio State is still the favorite. Birm said there doesn't seem to be much concern from the staff about Scott, but they know they have to keep recruiting him until he signs and it's going to be a battle. His relationships with Walton, Day, and the guys already committed are all very strong.I just read an article that Wiltfong believes he may be leaning towards TTUN.
Yeah the ttun talk I pretty much ignored, Scott is going to be a Buckeye. I think it was just pot stirring or a slow news day honestly. I mean anything can happen, but Scott is so pro-OSU that I would be shocked if he landed anywhere else.Update: listened to the "Talking Stuff" podcast posted last night on my way in this morning. I think the TTUN beat guys make this stuff up to sell their fan base. We know one is famous for it, but I don't think he's the only one.Yeah the ttun talk I pretty much ignored, Scott is going to be a Buckeye. Birm discusses this at length in his latest talking stuff. Michigan and Oregon are using Ohio State’s depth chart as well as recent NFL draft success against the Buckeyes.I just read an article that Wiltfong believes he may be leaning towards TTUN.
Yeah, they’re literally on an island with no help. But he has gone on record saying that he prefers man coverage, and would like to work on his off man/zone cover age skillsExcellent reps there in an event that really makes it hard for the DBs to win. Love it.
