Don't remind me about the craziness downtown. I work there. Freaking traffic!!!

That is what I figured though. Game 5 or 7 would be a blast. Now of course if the woman is wrong and we lose out on Game 7 tickets she is so in trouble!!!

FYI Game time tonight is 7pm on TNT

Piney, I hope it's not too late, but put in for the tickets tonight! The pistons series will be tough to watch, but right now the team and the city are still on a huge emotional high. Get in now!

Whats wrong with listening to them? I love Barkley!! He is hilarious in some of the comments he makes. He says whatever is on his mind and doesnt care what people think. I've always said Barkley should become the new President because he would be the only politician in history to speak the truth.

Yeah but what is the chance of the sweep? My thinking is if we are 3-1 going into game #5 I am there!

Plus if I happen to go to the Detroit series it is a loge seat so I can have plenty of alcohol to make that experience less painful :biggrin:

nothing is wrong with barkley or kenny smith. I really enjoy those two a lot and other ex-players doing that type of job for there view of the game and whats really going on with the team or in the N.B.A. They tell the truth not like half the idiots that do that type of job in most sports.

Its always a delay on the start time on TNT.They go to the announcers first then the game but, they don't put that in the time of the game starts.

If it starts at 7:00 P.M. IT WILL BE A FIRST or barkley is having a late dinner

True ... that will also be a great game too. I love how every game in the playoffs is huge... it's like every game is the biggest game of the year.:biggrin:

TNT's studio crew is so great. The honesty and humor they bring to their work makes their pre and post game, along with halftime sets must see TV. The great thing about them is it's like a bunch of normal guys you'd hang out with sitting around, talking about the game. They have their takes but they acknowledge when they are proven wrong and can always have a good laugh about it afterwards. The only difference between them and my buddies is that they kenny and chuck are HANDS DOWN the most knowledgeable commentatory duo in basketball today.

Compare them to the terrible chemistry on the ESPN set between Stephen A (wannabe baller, oooh I blew out my knee playing JC ball) and Greg Anthony (who's a great commentator, thus making him completely incompatible with SA), and stephan A's constant yelling (my man, if I wanted to get yelled at I'd go piss all over my girlfriends toilet seat, not watch you.) ... TNT comes off looking great.

The ABC halftime alternative, (snickering at Scottie Pippen's nose job for 15 minutes) is only marginally better.

Can't wait for this game tonight ...

If the Cavs, Pistons, Heat and Pacers win, would the Cavs not play
the Heat in round 2?

I thought the NBA re-seeds after each round. Am I wrong?

If Hughes can keep containing Arenas, the cavs will be in good shape. it's hard to think that he won't improve his offensive numbers as the series progresses. Watch for one of snow's patented half-court oops to lebron in transition to just bring down the house tonight.

I think the wizards will be hesitiant to double so quickly on lebron tonight, making for a return to the inside-out offense run through Z in the low post. Z'll have a good game and go for 20 or so, lebron will prove again to be the Truth, and the cavs will roll into DC having preserved home court advantage.

I look for the criminal....I mean Caron Butler to try and get really physical with James tonight.

You cant double him or he'll get the assist, you cant play single on him because he'll easily get a lay-up. I think that they will just try to be physical with him.
