Cavs 08-09 Season - Central Div Champs (official thread)

Lets hope Mike Brown does make them play the whole game.

Re-took first if its any consolation to Mo, and the whole question of LeBron's 9th rebound is absolute horse shit. Any other player and nobody would even bring it up, rather they'd praise the great evening.

I've also heard complaints that LeBron was stat whoring to get rebound 10. Even if he was, I would think he earned it.

I have no problem with Ray Allen being selected. He's been every bit as good as Mo. It's not Ray Allen's fault. Iverson is the one who has no business being there, and is keeping Mo off the team.

No, it's not Allen's fault, but fuck Stern. The Cunts already have 2 players. On the bright side, Mo will get some rest and still be pissed. I want him healthy the whole season.

Well I'm officially [censored]ed. People are absolutely clueless about the NBA, if you check ESPNs sports nation poll, you'll see that. They still have Boston at #1 in the power rankings, and they also have 71% giving the Lakers the win tomorrow (Guess they forgot we're unbeaten at home). For the first time in my pro sports fan hood, I want a title, just to prove them wrong. Just to say, hey, you can all jump the bandwagon now, because the titles ours.

Please win it all this year.

I Tivoed the game, and I hate to say it but Ben Wallace, pretty much handed the handed the ball to LBJ on that one.:(

I

I disagree. Ben was bobbling theball until he saw LeBron is position to grab it. ESPN highlights make it seem as though it was almsot a pass, but I think Ben saw LeBron and gave up trying to posses it. In any event, they shouldn't have corrected it....very petty and a snub to the Cavs and LeBron, IMO.

Call me crazy, but I really don't think they would have done that to Kobe or LeBron if he played in New York or a major market.

I completely agree it's pointless to say you look at all the plays to ensure the stats are correct when Wallace had multiple back taps which are regarded as controlling a rebound in the Knicks game but he only 2 rebounds. It is becoming more apparent that the NBA has something against the Cavs.
