You're just lucky that the best college football player ever, Barry Sanders, didn't come back for his senior year. He would have won it again in a landslide. :)

I said earlier that it (a straight ballot for one school) happens more often than some wanted to believe. Well, out 128 ballots at heismanprojection.com, there were 5 straight-USC ballots (Carson Palmer included) and 11 straight-OU ballots.

no way in hell eric crouch or rex grossman deserved the heisman that year.


as big10 guys you all know that the best college football player was antwaan randle el that year. still one of the best all time big 10 players i have ever seen. if randle el was on nebraska he would have won 4 national championships easily.

I guess some were counting on a Heisman Winner QB to make sense with his vote, just like everything that all Heisman Winners say or do anywhere, anytime.
