Wisconsin has always been the stereotypical big, "slow", Big Ten team that everybody (media) thinks will get blown out by west coast (UCLA) or southern speed. And every year, they hold their own and in the most cases, win.

The Big Ten loses a great coach in Alvarez. The best part about him was that he always showed up in January. Unlike Cooper or Schembeckler.

That grab really sealed the deal -great reception, superb run after the catch and Wisky's QB took a big hit in the chops when throwing the rock - seconds separating them from giving up a safety. You really couldn't ask for a more emblematic play summing up the entire game than that one reception.

congrats to the badgers on their beat-down of Auburn! I wish Iowa and UM could have played a bit better! Go Penn St!!! Always root for the BIG TEN... I want us to be the strongest conference out there... I'm sick of hearing how great the SEC is... Thanks Badgers!!

P.S. I root for TTUN every game except for the last game of the regular season... Why? It's better to beat a great UM team than a mediocre one, and the stronger the Big Ten is as a conference, the better we look in the national picture!

I hope Hawk's son (Hawk of the ass-kicking Road Warriors fame) has learned a lot from Hawk (A.J. of ass-kicking line-backing fame)
