Capital One Bowl: Michigan 41, Florida 35 (final)

Hmmmm.....another Northern team not exactly being overwhelmed by all that SEC speed. I think I'll keep watching this one. scUM already has 282 yards of offense, more than 3 times what they got against the good guys back in November (I know, bad weather and dropped passes). Hey Urban, where's the D? Tennecheat's pro-style offense only got 20 points against you guys, right?

you don;t root for the Big 10 in bowl games? :bonk:
HUGE difference between rooting for the Big 10 and typing that thing that you typed. :scum4: When I'm done posting you get rubies. I started to put my arm up after a scUM touchdown and my dog looked at me like I was crazy, then buried her head in the carpet...she was right. I would blame it on the Crown Royal, but it's been too good to me. I kind of want scUM to win, but if they lose I'll still laugh at them.

Mike Patrick wanted them to spike it on 2nd down?

What a moron - give up a down, instead of throwing a fade, which gives you a chance to score, and will stop the clock if it fails, leaving enough time for a 3rd down pass play.
Mike Patrick has to get the award for "worst half of game calling in the history of the world." He has made some dumbass comments, but in addition to that he has said things like "the extra point was no good" after I watched two refs signal that it was good. Also, "Henne thought he was going to get sacked, ducked underneath and gained a couple yards" after Henne was sacked for a 3 yard loss.
There were more but I cannot recall the exact idiocy.
In the Missouri game the announcers didn't know why they called pass interference after the ball landed 15 yards behind the line of scrimmage with no receiver withing 15 yards of it. They talked it over and then said "he scrambled back into the tackle box."
