I know at BP, we don't really need anyone to say this, but I figured I would:

1) Keep it classy.
2) The sun will rise tomorrow.
3) Give Florida their due.
4) Don't make ridiculous excuses.
5) Michigan still sucks.

I know, there are posters on here that are probably triple my age and have wisdom and experience beyond anything I can comprehend, but I wanted to say I think I grew a lot as a person and as a fan during that game. Like 'ol Woody used to say, "There's nothing that cleanses your soul like getting the hell kicked out of you."

Buckeye fan forever!

Win or lose, I am a Buckeye fan and will be a Buckeye fan forever! We lost to a better team tonight. We are just going to need to work at getting better ourselves.

Hopefully, Ginn, Pittman and Gonzo will now decide to stay at Ohio State for another year. We need all three of them.

God bless the Buckeyes. They gave us many wonderful moments to remember this year. True fans stay with their team in both the good and bad times. If not, they are not true fans in the first place.

Honestly, I dont' feel that bad. The win over Miami is still fresh in my mind, and I know we've been there. And we'll be there again.

This team should hold their heads high. They played a hell of a regular season and were outright Big Ten champs.

It was tough loss - okay horrible loss but we still beat scUM this year and our guys had a helluva year otherwise!

Tough loss tonite, but we're all Buckeye fans, and love what the 2006 version of the Buckeyes have given us this year. Thanks for a great season guys, you'll forever be in our hearts. And, thank God that:

MICHIGAN SUCKS!!!! Peace.

Florida earned this championship, and they will rightfully take it home with them. They wiped us out tonight, and they deserve to be happy. As for us, we got another win over dUMb and got to another championship game...let's not forget how many times we thought we had a team good enough to play for a title and never got to between 1968 and 2002...Tressel has afforded us opportunities we haven't had in a long, long time, so it's hard to be really upset. We had a fine team this season, and hey, we got to play for what 115 other teams didn't, so how can we really be mad.

Congrats to the Gators.

You guys will be alright. Tonight was just one of those nights, every team has them. Everything went their way, nothing went yours. Tonight might sting for a while but there's always next year. Just wanted to stop in and give some empathy to you guys. I know what disappointing performances feel like, being a Purdue fan.

Just a few thoughts from an outsider: Never take these NC's for granted...they're just too difficult to attain and most teams don't ever get a shot to even play for one. You guys are kind of spoiled, being fans of a great program that has these luxuries. It's almost like you were living in a fantasy world the past few seasons...beating Michigan every year, winning the B10 championships, winning your big time bowl games, and Tressel being about as close to a perfect coach as you can get. All fans dream of that kinda run. Unfortunately when one of these things comes to an end, it initially is a shock, but reminds you that this is earth, not heaven. But anyway, realistically, most thought you'd get spanked in '02 and would whip FL in '06...so it balances out.

Great season, look forward to getting you guys back on our schedule next year...I've always been impressed with the crowd you bring to Ross-Ade!

Man...I guess i'm still depressed. I think it's just the way Troy Smith's final game ended. I think we all wanted so bad for him to finish out as a champion. For it to not happen just stings....I can't even remember what it was like the last time we lost with him. That Penn st game from last year just seems like eons ago compared to the QB we had this year. He's still the greatest QB in buckeye history...but this night would've been icing on the cake. It hurts.
