Given that we’ve lost Dixon-Wyatt and Bey, I would think that the delay here is just about bag enhancement, which we now have more room for, being negotiated. Having lost those two, I would think we’ll come through and get this done.

keep in mind Oregon just lost its OC too.... so maybe he's actually being advised correctly and is trying to see who replaces them.... I'm leaning that direction....
