Surprising transfer school, IMO. Thought he would've ended up at a GCL school or a more powerful public school like Lakota West, Winton Woods or PrincetonSon of former Cincinnati Bengal Chris Henry transfers from West Clermont to Withrow
A very talented Withrow High School football team that won the Cincinnati Metro Athletic Conference just got better as current freshman Chris Henry Jr. has transferred back to the Hyde Park campus where he played as an eighth-grader.
He is the oldest son of former Bengal Chris Henry. Since the elder Henry's death in 2009, his West Virginia teammate Adam "Pacman" Jones, also a former Bengal, became the adoptive father of Chris Jr. and his younger brother, Demarcus.
Both played junior high ball at Withrow before moving out to the West Clermont Local School District where Jones has a residence. Playing for new West Clermont coach Nate Mahon, who came from Hamilton, Henry Jr. started as a freshman.
