In our defense, many of us fanboys are equally fair-weather-fickle toward the football program. It's just that OSU football is bad-to-mediocre far less often than OSU basketball is.Our bball fanbase feels like its made up of 27 diehards and some fringe students at times...then you add the football fanboys that only pay attention [to OSU basketball] when we are winning...its weird
Here is an update on the latest Kaleb picture......[IMAGE]just stupid fucking fouls… I wonder if he thinks he is invisible…
MoreKaleb Wesson came to Ohio State as the reigning Mr. Ohio Basketball at Westerville South High school. He was brought in to eventually assume the role of go-to players. Houston senior forward Breaon Brady’s route hasn’t been as high-profile coming out of Ellet High School.
The Akron, Ohio native never received an offer from Ohio State and when the junior college route attending Saddle Back where he helped the Hauchos to a 24-5 record. He averaged 12.2 points and 6.8 rebounds while shooting 63.7 percent from the field. Now he’ll have the opportunity to play against the school he dreamed of playing for as a kid.
“Growing up that was always the school to watch,” Brady said. “To not get an offer from there, If you’re a hometown kid it’s like dang...It’s going to be a little emotional in the beginning, but it’s just another game.”
Sunday will be the first time the two ever share the same court and Brady even admitted that up until the tournament started he’d never even heard of Wesson. Houston has in Brady what Iowa State lacked allowing Wesson to have his way in the post. He’s the anchor of the team with the the top defensive efficiency in the country. But his ability to stay on the court has been inconsistent because of his incapability to avoid whistles.

Despite having a really productive season, Wesson is probably at least a year away from having a serious shot at the NBA. Expect him to be back for another season with the Buckeyes.
