you are being anything but a jerk about it. you were not given the goods that you attempted to purchase. the store made a mistake. as it was their fault and not yours, they should at least reimburse you for the cost of gas. i'd be surprised if the company's management does not adequately address this situation. shoe companies are generally very good with customer service. heck, i've returned shoes older than two years only to have them replaced by brand new shoes.BuckWrestler141;836581; said:Perhaps i'm being a jerk about it, but how hard would it be to give a 10% discount?
