BuckeyePlanet is a unique community for Buckeye fans and fans of opposing teams to discuss sports without the normal message board trolling and flaming. I particularly like the unique insights several posters provide into the major sports.

We should all get excited about the new server functionality before football season. This is going to be a national championship run year and, with Nebraska also now joining the Big Ten, we can look forward to lots more traffic in the Fall.

The economy is tough for everyone around the world right now. It is very encouraging to see people stepping up and a new wave of donations arriving at BP. I hope everyone remembers that it is in tough times that we most need to show our support for the things we value. Every donation, no matter how small, goes a long way toward keeping this site up and running. God bless you all.

Has anyone mentioned BuckeyePlanet is 100% FREE?

This FREE site needs a new server due to the growth of this FREE community sharing more and more info with more and more fans.

All of the subscription sites are great friends of BP. However, we don't want to ask folks to pay a subscription. We have a group of folks scouring the net for tOSU related articles, recruiting updates, and a Rumor Mill that might not 'break' all of the major stories, but will at least keep you in the game...free. We have a professional share/verify relationship with all of the major tOSU sites.

Not a single member of BP gets paid a penny. This community is 100% self-reliant. 100% volunteer participation.

To make this place continue to roll, we will soon need a new server. Otherwise, we will have outgrown our borders and things get ugly.

You don't need to donate a paycheck, but at least chip in a few bucks in appreciation...or for info...or for news articles...or for Buckyle's drunken humor.

BP is your site also.

Help keep this place as the best Buckeye Community on the net.

Don't be cheap ass slackers sucking off of everyone else's donations to keep this place up. Servers don't pay for themselves you know. You do not have to pay a bunch at once, and if everybody just paid the cost of a sixpack every month then you could read the recruiting and Game Day Summary every week of the season without feeling dirty.....
