The man is clearly mentally ill. He has no official connection to the university now or in the past. None of his actions seek to benefit the university, the football program or the students and in fact can be argued as being damaging to the brand. It's beyond time that Ohio State put some of their overly rabid lawyers on the scene and get some kind of a restraining order on him. You can sue some legitimate business, a campus area Poke restaurant for calling itself O-HAI-O; you can sue this motherfucker.

Perhaps this will be the shitshow that finally serves as the catalyst for the university to shut this clown down.

He showed up at the Phantom Fireworks in Kirkersville this past July with his stand and shitty memorabilia....he is absolutely ripping off the University and using their likeness. I have a photo and could testify to that effect.

EDIT: I thought I had shared it on Facebotch but I can't find it so hopefully it's still on my phone. I will testify to that effect however and I'm sure the Phantom Fireworks store manager would be able to do so as well.
