After closing the pop-up and going into MS Paint to save the screencap a completely different window tried to open up and I got a Vista alert asking me if I wanted to install the latest version of Adobe reader. When I went back to the Pryor page, it had totally locked up (couldn't scroll or even close the browser by clicking the X button) and I had to use Task Manager to close it. I did get a second screen cap before closing the browser. IP 85.12.43.127 was a culprit...
