Brian "Body Kount" Kelly (HC Louisiana State)

You probably deal with previously convicted felons in your line of work. You shouldn't be around them. You're a bad person.

See how that works? Oh wait, it doesn't.

Look, NO ONE HERE is defending the Tat5. Seriously, shut the [censored] up about it already. None of us are sweeping it under the rug or turning a blind eye to things that have transpired at tOSU over the years.

You're the one defending Floyd & Kelly for their actions.

If you're going to use the "fully exonerated" defense for a girl being assaulted and committing suicide. You can cross Chris Carter off your list because he was never charged with anything involving a much lesser incident.

It's clear you love ND and hate OSU because you blast OSU and defend ND in very similar incidents with very similar results. That's all I need to see to know you don't know dick about dick.

Or cooch.

Some people here really don't understand the word ignorance. The tattoo parlor owner was a convicted felon before the ordeal, so your analogy although humorous is far from accurate.

And there is a reason why those players never played another down, because they were involved in violent crimes. MF was arrested for drinking and driving to which no one was injured. And the players ACCUSED of rape was fully exonerated.

Yea, the two incidents of the lift and the suicide are terrible events. They really are but to say that a guy is personally responsible for both is complete horse shit and your implication of it is completely out of line.

The lift was and remains Kelly's fault. Period. Only a stupid, morally corrupted attorney would see otherwise.

And again, are you sure the owners of the local florists, restaurants, auto shops and bars you frequent have no criminal record?

Of course not because he ran a background check on them.. even the silent partners that can't get a liquor license because they are a convicted felon

Just another reason why mostly everyone on here never graduated from college.

Floyd made mistakes, should he still be on the team, probably not. Brian Kelly never killed or was responsible for the death of anyone but people on here want to say he killed two kids.

And according to every post about the Tat scandal, people are sweeping it under the rug and plea ignorance. Hence all the "How were they supposed to know"

And your analogies are simply poor, another reason why you lack the common sense to apply to college.

I take the morning rush to downtown, you take the COTA bus to McDonalds

Did you do background checks on all of us too? If so, sir, they are incorrect.

:slappy:

This loser probably lives in his mommy's basement and scoops cat-shit when he isn't playing WOW.

Yea, because I trade services to the places I frequent and exchange services for free products and I break Bar Association rules too.

God, you are comparing kids that break the rules and deal with convicted felons while doing so and trying to say that is the same as me going to get my eatery on at the local pub where the dishwasher has a record. What a moron.

Why don't you check the files at the Ohio State, JT is receiving retiree benefits, why you ask? Because he was allowed to retire, he was never fired. So get your facts straight.

Guess if you cover up the biggest scandal in school history the state of Ohio pays you....

Well Mr malpractice defense attorney, do you realize Tressel has more than 30 years service in the State of Ohio retirement funds and was eligible for 30 and out benefits no matter what happened? Or did that small fact slip through your research efforts?

Incorrect on locations too, not everyone responding lives in Columbus with ability to ride a COTA bus. Sometimes I love the way it's really easy to rile up a NoD fan.

Just remind them that NoD kills kids.

I am an I.T. clinical technician in the healthcare industry.

Also, they weren't breaking any laws/rules by visiting a parlor owned by a prior felon. They were breaking rules by trading personal items given to them as OSU Football players for Tattoos.

"How were they supposed to know" doesn't make a difference here. Him being a previously convicted had NOTHING to do with them being suspended. Them tradings memorabilia for tats had everything to do with it. No one here is defending THAT. You're a fucking terrible attorney aren't you?

Once again incorrect. If he was fired, or resigned then he would not be allowed to collect any retirement benefits. But the University swept it under the rug and said ok, we change our minds, you can retire.

I work on the 5th floor of a downtown office from 9-5pm or work from home/while traveling and don't graduate until next semester. Looks like I'm on the fast track.

Like I said earlier, scurry on back to South Bend, Domer.
