Brian "Body Kount" Kelly (HC Louisiana State)

Some people here really don't understand the word ignorance. The tattoo parlor owner was a convicted felon before the ordeal, so your analogy although humorous is far from accurate.

And there is a reason why those players never played another down, because they were involved in violent crimes. MF was arrested for drinking and driving to which no one was injured. And the players ACCUSED of rape was fully exonerated.

Yea, the two incidents of the lift and the suicide are terrible events. They really are but to say that a guy is personally responsible for both is complete horse shit and your implication of it is completely out of line.

Again the ignorance plea with Tattoo scandal, keep making excuses instead of taking responsibility.

Everyone involved in the scandal is either fired (Tressel), no longer with the team and banned from the university for five years (Pryor), or suspended for five games (everyone else).

What exactly is your definition of "taking responsibility" if that is not it?

And the first offense with MF happened 3 years ago, then 1.5 then the off season, not all in one off season.

And I do background checks everyday on business I deal with, I am a attorney, a malpractice defense attorney.

Can one person really be this fucking stupid?

How were they supposed to know the guy was a felon, it's not like he had it written on a sign in his shop for all to see...

With grammar like that, I pity the law clerk that has to make sense of your briefs.

Why don't you check the files at the Ohio State, JT is receiving retiree benefits, why you ask? Because he was allowed to retire, he was never fired. So get your facts straight.

Guess if you cover up the biggest scandal in school history the state of Ohio pays you....

You probably deal with previously convicted felons in your line of work. You shouldn't be around them. You're a bad person.

See how that works? Oh wait, it doesn't.

Look, NO ONE HERE is defending the Tat5. Seriously, shut the fuck up about it already. None of us are sweeping it under the rug or turning a blind eye to things that have transpired at tOSU over the years.

You're the one defending Floyd & Kelly for their actions.

If you're going to use the "fully exonerated" defense for a girl being assaulted and committing suicide. You can cross Chris Carter off your list because he was never charged with anything involving a much lesser incident.

It's clear you love ND and hate OSU because you blast OSU and defend ND in very similar incidents with very similar results. That's all I need to see to know you don't know dick about dick.

The next person that walks into a tattoo parlor and checks the criminal record of the owner before doing business with him will be the first to do it...ever.
