RichRod had some success at Arizona this year. Solich has done a good job down in Athens. but how many of those other coaches were successful and moved onto other head jobs? And of the list, only Bert has moved on of his own accord.

Good point... It would be nice if the B1G schools would turn all that TV money into top-quality coaches' and assistants' salaries, but I digress...

I'm guessing his buyout at Arky won't be as high as Petrino's was there, which was around $18 million.

I think he was just too stupid to understand the Bob Stoops method of getting raises and extensions. Your just supposed to have your agent float your name out there for openings not actually accept them.
