It was already in the ground. He just hasn't elevated it.

He showed some improvement in 2015, but took a big step back this year. In the last two games he's blown 24-7 and 24-0 halftime leads. That's impressive.

This is a total non-sequitur, but a representative story of Arkansas, the state. My wife's former boss retired and bought a big freaking house in Arkansas, which had a big swimming pool out back. His wife was from Arkansas, so they were moving there to be close to her family. Well, the swimming pool collected thousands and thousands of scorpions. Every morning he goes out and finds dozens of the horrible creatures in the skimmers. The only solution I can think of is to drop napalm on every square inch of the state.
