Bret Bielema (HC Illinois)

Until the last few years, Oregon & Wisconsin both relied on a lot of sleepers (according to recruiting sites)

Oregon always seems to snag a few big name kids each year. Jonathan Stewart, Haloti Ngata, LeMicheal James, Seastrunk, De'Anthony Thomas...

I haven't paid that much attention to their classes but I usually had the impression that while they're no USC they're not living off of coached up 2* kids like Iowa either.

You don't pay $10,000 for year old highlight tapes to not land a stud every once and awhile.

Just filed: Wisky coach Bret Beilema says AD Barry Alvarez will speak to Jim Delany about Meyer's recruiting tactics. shortly @sportingnews

Beilema: “We at the Big Ten don’t want to be like the SEC -- in any way, shape or form.” He wasn't talking about winning championships.

they're not liking he flipped recruits, not honoring the "gentlemen's agreement"

O.K., if Jim Delany has an issue with this, then maybe three other BCS conferences (SEC, ACC, Pac-12) are also in violation.

Then again, this is the same braintrust that gave us "Legends" and "Leaders" in the midst of multiple B1G schools violating NCAA rules.

Certain practices in a married couples' bedroom are "frowned upon" by certain religions. They're not illegal.

Still laughing. A team is doing it better than us. It has to be illegal.

It would only be better if Coach Meyer ended his call with Bielma with,

"We have Dodson (in a Dennis Nedry voice)," and then yell, "On Wisconsin" prior to hanging up.

Jim Delany: Your conference has been in the BCS Title Game three times. It's been the same school each time. Keep that one in mind when speaking to Alvarez.
