Brady "XLLL" Hoke (Head Coach San Diego State)

Suga Shane didn't embarrass himself in their bowl game. So he has that going for him, which is nice. Of course, it was a ridiculously simplified game plan. I don't recall him completing a pass >10 yards the whole game. It was obvious he wasn't ready to run a real college offense.

Yes, but he would have been more than qualified to run our offense in 2011.

Can you define "put up or shut up time?" Would 8-4 be good enough? I'm seriously wondering how poor of year he needs to be fired.
If Brandon is still around, 8 wins will probably secure one more season. 9 wins will probably have the fanbase content for one more season. 10+ wins and he'll be considered Bear Bryant.

Personally, anything less than 10 wins is a failure. Especially if they lose to sparty and osu again.

I think his job hinges on how he does against ND, Sparty, and tOSU. The rest of their schedule *should* be a cakewalk. Lose 2/3, especially in embarrassing fashion, I think he might be gone. ND appears beatable again, Sparty is going to be a tough one. I'm refraining from any predictions for The Game until I see how the team responds to losing their best player, and how much difference a more aggressive defense makes, but I suspect the fact that it's in the Shoe, and we have Urban Meyer to their mumbling sloth, that it's gonna be rough sledding for them.

Can we start the "Les Miles to Michigan" rumors now, or is that bad form? What about "Jim Harbaugh to Michigan" rumors?
