AH! you are correct.Bucksaresweet30 said:Brady went to Dublin Coffman all four years. The first year he started was his junior year. The quarterback after Brady for Dublin Coffman was the transfer from St. Charles.
Sorry to disagree, jimotis4heisman....Watterson's academic program is exceptional. Sure hope you really are a Jim Otis fan, though. I know Jim and his wife, Jan, and am fortunate to have taught both of his sons at Christian Brothers College High School in St. Louis. Go Bucks!jimotis4heisman said:he was a rock/shamrock. brady was a notre dame fan since he was little. the reality is dublin schools are as good or better than columbus catholic schools.
I am a fan of his this year since he is on my fantasy team.
If kids live in a district w/ a high powered public program, which also has excellent avcademics, it is much harder to convince the parents to send their kids to Catholic school. AJ Hawk is Catholic, and played pee-wee ball w/ Nick Mangold, but Nick chose to become an Alter Knight and Hawk went to Centerville.
Did some checking on "Bishop Watterson isn't what it used to be..."jimotis4heisman said:the dublin schools are debatedly one of the best in the state. bishop watterson isnt what it was 15-20 years ago.
the qb i think you mean is rafferty, he rewrote the coffman record books. smaller (6 ftish) and fast. recruited as a db for some mac caliber schools but that all ended when he was driven into the turf by scioto in the state playoffs and destroyed his shoulder. i have no idea where he ended up or what he is up to.
