No Playoffs (Best overall record is league champ)

These would be my top preferences.

DRAFT ORDER

2. MD Buckeye
3. Sweater Vest Mafia
4. Irish Car Bombers
5. The Tom Emanski Football Institute
6. mstevmac
7. There's nothing special about that defense
8. Last Place
9. SEC Speed
10. Crazy's boys
11. Zach Morris's Cellphone
12. LitlBuck

Now I have another option for you guys. We can either keep this draft order for the entire draft OR we go through the order (up and back) and then have another random order (I've done this with all of my money leagues and it works great. Its fair so everyone gets a fair shot and no one is picking last everytime). You guys let me know what you want to do.

I've always done a snaking draft, where LitlBuck would select two in a row and then it would go in reverse order back to the first draft pick, who then selects two in a row with his 2nd and 3rd picks ect. That would be my preference here.

I totally agree and I have no idea what I am doing.

It's really odd that the "Commissioner" is picking #2 and I am picking #12. Hell, I am still looking for players.

Yeah, I guess. But maybe before we dismiss it as not being practical, maybe let's see if everyone can get together for a couple hours on a Sunday and knock out 8 rounds or so.

Also, basically our divisions mean nothing, since we have 12 teams and 12 weeks in the season (we all play eachother once). You guys let me know what you want to do (we have plenty of time to change this, just has to be before the season starts) and I'll change the setting.

I don't have a problem with doing a live draft (depending on the date), but we're in a tough spot if one or two people can't do it.

Basically if we all can't agree on a date to have a live draft, then we can't do it. I'm not going to kick someone out of the league just because they can't do a live draft.
