This is ridiculous. We have 35 people to do 25 ballots and we can't get them in on time.

Maybe Bkb should start posting the names of everyone who doesn't get their ballot in on time if we don't have 25 ballots by the due date. Perhaps the fear of losing rep would get some asses in gear.

I have an idea, let's post the names of the people with outstanding ballots. Maybe that will scare them into submitting them on time in the future. What do you guys think?

Another scare-tactic you might want to try is say that if you don't turn your ballot in on time, you're demoted to "alternate" and some alternates who turned theirs in on time get bumped up to "regulars."

Perhaps we could take away their 'starting' spots and give them to the 'alternates', also.

Upon further review, it would be pretty subjective in itself to try and determine which ballots are outstanding and which ones are just good.
