I think you should read this article in order to help you differentiate the Mountain West teams from those in other conferences. They've done a lot more than beat TSUN and blow out UCLA.

I guess that's what I get for reading Buckeye Planet too much:) and not reading other sports articles on other sites. However, with that being said, the other BCS teams that were beaten by the Mountain West teams were not what I would call stellar teams from their conferences was possibly the exception of Arizona State and they could have been caught looking ahead but losing to UNLV is no excuse. I would also say that sCum and UCLA both will probably not be at the top half of their conference standings at the end of the year.

My problem with the Mountain West and WAC is that unlike BCS schools when the conference slate begins they do not play fairly good teams week after week.

I would just like to say before this week's poll comes out I was the first to cast a vote for Ball State. Cody Muhlenkamp, long snapper for BS, is from Coldwater. So it was kind of a homer vote. That is all.
