I'm still hoping we can round up 30 people. That would certainly be great! C'mon people, this is for an absolutely terrific cause, and VERY IMPORTANT. Put all other plans aside, its just for one night!!!!

Buy in will be $25 and if you plan on eating at the tourney that's an extra $10. Food will be all you can eat... except for gregorylee, he gets a 2 plate maximum :wink:

Remember, it is highly encouraged, but not mandatory to donate all of your winnings (minus your buy in) to BP.

ALL money from food will be going directly to Clarity!!!! Ya gotta eat so just plan on eating there... If you can, drop me a PM letting me know so there will be PLENTY of food.. cook out type of stuff, hotdogs, hamburgers, brats, plenty of side dishes and desserts!!!!!

Gregorylee, you can take home leftovers, LOL :)

BTW I now need to work on a babysitter. The wife every year up until this one has had her anuall pool tourney on the same weekend as the S&G game...

This year it will be next week, sounds like I need to be calling grandma and see what she is up to.

I will be there and recruiting for the next BP event, the Golf outing the following Saturday afternoon at Clover Valley! We still need 8 more people to make the event full! Half the money won in the outing will be going to BP to use as they wish (Clarity or to maintain the website).
