I second the move to Wednesday (but can understand if it's not possible). At least then I have a chance since I could use my laptop from the hotel room. But if we have to stick to Thursday I will just rank my guys (since I will be at Foxwoods that night).

I'm pretty sure that no matter what we do, we won't be able to make everybody happy. If I make another change, I want to make sure that the majority is available. Respond to this thread and let me know if you would prefer Thursday at 8:15, move it up to Wednesday, or move it all the way back to early September (maybe the 4th).

Wednesday is not good for me. I will not get home from work until almost 10 PM.

Thursday works well for me, I have the day off.

September 4 works well for me, I also have the day off then and hopefully I'll have a new job by then anyway.

I think from a competitive standpoint later is better anyway. You have a better chance of avoiding players who get injured or arrested during the preseason.

Therefore, ranked in order of my preference:
  1. September 4
  2. This Thursday
  3. This Wednesday

We've actually been defaulted out of most of these. There's nothing before 10 pm on Wednesday, August 15th, and there's nothing before 5 pm anytime in September. I tried a couple of random days later in August, and there's nothing at night. I guess unless there's an overwhelming problem, we should probably leave it set for Thursday at 8.
