It doesn’t matter. Forward progress is the most forward spot of the ball in the guy’s possession when he is tackled. He could have been moving backward, and been hit and knocked into the end zone, but if the ball was at the half-yard line when the tackle was initiated, that’s where they’ll spot it.Can’t recall anymore if he was standing or moving when he was hit.
