Sun Bowl is now officially Washington State vs Central Michigan, although who knows what happens between now and Friday.

COVID-19 issues within the Boise State football program forced the Broncos to withdraw from the Arizona Bowl, the school's athletic department said on Monday, and hours later, Central Michigan also withdrew to join the Tony the Tiger Sun Bowl.

Hey, at least Central Michigan got a bowl game. Actually Central Michigan may come out ahead in the Sun Bowl:

College Football Bowl Game Payouts

Arizona Bowl: $350,000 (Boise State vs. Central Michigan)

Sun Bowl: $4,550,000 (Miami vs. Washington State)

Huge break for CMU, financially. Hope they play the game since neither had anything to do with their original matchups being cancelled.

Penn St had a wave of opt outs today too, no?

Penn State star receiver Jahan Dotson will opt out of the Nittany Lions’ upcoming Outback Bowl appearance this weekend and enter the NFL Draft, he announced his decision on Monday evening.
Dotson is the fourth player to opt out of Penn State’s upcoming bowl game joining linebacker Brandon Smith, Ellis Brooks and safety Jaquan Brisker in a growing list of Nittany Lions set to forgo the Outback Bowl and focus on the NFL Draft. Brisker announced his decision on Monday while Smith and Brooks both made their decisions known last week.

Good thing for them McFuckknuckle is sticking it out at QB until his social security kicks in.

Yeah, 2022 will be his 5th year. The joke is he only played in 4 games his true freshman year (redshirt) and 2020 (COVID-19) didn't count so he could play in 2023 too.

2018 redshirt
2019 year 1
2020 COVID -19
2021 year 2
2022 year 3

I'm guessing that.....

1. (maybe) he needs some classes in 2022/2023 to graduate.
2. Or...if he will have graduated by end of the next semester, he realizes that he will get more in NIL money than would would make in private industry with his worthless Ped State degree.
3. Or...being QB1 and the "big man on campus" he's getting more campus pussy than he otherwise would be getting if he left school.

I was never BMOC but don't underestimate the value of campus pussy to a 22-23 year old man.

I mean, is there really an age for that?

I have it from a good source (i.e. Bobby Petrino) that the age is at least over 50.
