They dropped a lot. But MacNamara is the definition of a game manager while other dude has a cannon but is erratic

McCarthy has the raw physical tools, in a similar fashion to Suga Shane. They masked MacNamara's weaknesses pretty well most of the year. I still don't think they have the coaching to get McCarthy above "boom or bust" and I don't think he's the kind of qb you can make a game manager.

Losing Haskins is gonna be an industrial sized blow to their offense next year. His physical running style was perfect for what they needed to do this year with the limitations around him. They don't have a RB like him to step in.
