Somehow I have managed to convince my wife the I'm MUCH better at interior design than her. Now if I can only convince her that she's MUCH better at mowing the yard than me.

I tried that already and it was a no go. I was going to just buy her a 4wd ATV to take the kids to school in. The house is a few blocks from the school. She shot it down like the Red Baron.

Congrats. Where the hell is Lewis Center?

Lewis Center is howls... when I go there to visit my in-laws during the fall... entire neighborhoods will all be flying tOSU flags, banners in their garages, signs in the yard... it's one huge continuous pep rally...

Lewis Center is the area near Polaris Mall. I-71 north of 270. That's a great area. You have Germain close, the mall, good restaurants, golf, bars etc. Congratulations!

The owners of Germain are thinking of selling the amphitheater... not getting as many shows as they used to and commercial property in that area is skyrocketing... the Dispatch had an article on this and said they can get around $500K per acre.
