I don't see how. The inferiority complex the Red Sox Nation has over the Yankees is pretty obvious. They bitched and bitched about the Yankee$....now they're the Red $ox.

The rivalry certainly has seemed to intensify as both of their payrolls have went through the roof. Of course, the Sox have won a WS more recently than the Yankees so the pressure is on the Yanks.

looking at that lineup....it's pretty sad that the Red Sox have become the Yankees version 2. Their fans bitched and bitched about how they bought their championships.....yet they'll be sending a Philly/DBack they bought, a Marlin they bought, and Japane$e pitcher they bought to the mound in 3 straight days.

We didn't buy the Marlin. :)
