in his defense, his offensive line has looked like absolute shit tonight. He's getting hit 3yards behind the line of scrimmage everytime he gets the ball.

Unfortunately, he's broken so many tackles back there and tried making something out of nothing (with no luck) that he's probably lost more yards in the end because of it.

also, one of his TD's was a catch :P

I think he was referring to whether or not his arm was on the ground. If your elbow/forearm is on the ground I think they consider you down in that situation. So I think that's what he was waiting to see (how much of his arm was on the ground).

You really hate Kirk don't you? Multiple comments on him tonight. Did he sleep with your wife?

Truthfully, yes, he gets under my skin. He misses way too much of the game in his commentary....but hi argument was the back of his hand hit the ground, not his elbow. It was pretty weak.

Anyways, this has been a great game. Va Tech has shaken the jitters to make this a game, but I expect Boise to answer. Kellen Moore is impressive in the pocket.
