Just wondering why is everyone against Boise? And wow their special teams is atrocious.

They're known for winning big games because they play 1-2 real teams during the regular season, avoiding injuries and losses like teams that play in BCS conferences, then coast to a bowl game. Then they break out trick plays and beat the second or third real team they play that year and become media darlings and get a higher-than-deserved ranking the next year. If they join a real conference then I'll shut up.

I just got 6 text messages from friends that said it is way to early to chase points(all before the try was no good). Maybe all of us monday morning QBs are idiots....or maybe Beamer is.

never go for 2 unless you are down 2 late in the 4th or up 1 late in the fourth. (or down 16 in the 4th)

To be honest if we take care of business, there's no way in hell we shouldn't play for the championship on S.O.S if Wisky, Iowa, PSU hold their ground (plus Miami). But I understand your point.
And if OSU does not take care of business, an undefeated Boise locks up one spot, so you have to hope the powers that be think OSU is the best one-loss team. Boise losing knocks them out completely with their weak remaining schedule. It gives OSU flexibility to not have to run the table and still make the title game, like in '07.
