if boise ends up winning this game, i think that it poses a big problem for osu. if boise wins out, then they will almost certainly get a national championship bid is osu loses a game. it would almost force osu to go undefeated to get in. everyone is picking oklahoma to be the team to beat, although i don't know why because they were terrible last year. if they go undefeated, then they will be a lock to get in.

let's just say that osu and oklahoma all have one loss and boise has none. i don't like osu's chances to get into the nc. i would love to see it, but it makes me nervous. voters love the sec more than their own mothers and would almost cry if they didn't get one of their teams in their. osu has a tough schedule, but voters will always say that an sec teams' is harder. it's just the way it is. i hate it, you hate it, but it's the way it is.

that's my opinion on the matter. it probably won't happen, but i think it's fun to speculate. take for it what you will, but it could go down like that. hopefully it doesn't, but you never know.

The only danger I feel is that VT wins the rest of their games after this and end up ACC champs. The thing is, I don't see that happening they'll probably lose three more; then they question is back to who did Boise play?

Football is really a simple game...watch the trenches and you see why this game is being dominated.

I'm no Boise fan but if there is an area that they have been traditionally underrated it's up front, offensively and defensively. They are usually sound on defense, they tackle well, and they don't get themselves in bad situations on offense. Yes, they do some "gimmicky" stuff, but their base stuff really fits their personnel (kind of like the BYU teams in the 80's/early 90's.)

exactly. i have no idea why vt is ranked in the top 15 every year. they never live up to the hype and always lose 3-4 games every season.
