I assume he's talking about an when the insurance company tries to force you to go to one of their "approved" body shops for repairs. They send you to their guy, he does half ass work with cheap parts, the insurance company saves a bundle, the body shop in bed with them gets paid, and you get fucked when shit starts falling off your car.

Eh, you could have a local guy that is honest. But for the most part, it's just the fact that they try to force you to go to the crook that benefits them.

Both of these industries are probably about as honest at the mob controlled Russian restaurant near me.

I just remember in high school when I blew a tire on my car and the NTB guy told me the cheapest tire for a Neon in the store was 200 dollars
