Big Ten Tournament tickets, question for people who have attended

Looking to go to Ohio State's first game (session #2) on friday. The issue I'm having is getting tickets on ticketmaster IN the Ohio State section. When you go on ticket master you obviously get stuck with whatever seat you randomly get assigned (That and fees that border on criminal). Is there a better way to acquire tickets in Ohio State's section? Are the sections even followed that tremendously? (IE: Will I really be surrounded with god damned Purdue fans if I sit in the Purdue section). Just wanted to hear thoughts from anyone who has attended the tournament previously.

Yeah, ended up with a ticket in what was supposed to be an Illinois section, was 85% Buckeye fans though
