Big Ten Men's Basketball Tournament

I seriously doubt if sCum or PSU get into the dance and we don't when we had beaten both of them during the regular season. The Committee has to take that into consideration.

If either, or both, of those teams are playing tomorrow and we're back in Columbus that will not be a good sign. Either or both would then have more wins than us, and 2 wins in the BTT.

scUM has wins over UCLA and Duke. PSU beat Illinois twice; we lost to Illinois twice. Miami and ND, two big OOC wins for us, are NIT bound.

Head to head is just one factor. It would be a VERY good idea for us to win today.

I don't think you will see the Big 10 dropping any teams from the tournament.

I agree.
I didn't say they would do it. I said I thought they should do it.

These tools on ESPN are dumber than the guys who post on ESPN's boards.

"The Big Ten won't have any teams playing by next weekend because they can't score."

The Big Ten has wins, off the top of my head, over UCLA, Duke, Louisville, Florida State, Notre Dame, Miami, Butler, Oklahoma State, Boston College, Vanderbilt, Texas and Kansas, yet - according to Digger and Hubert - we don't stand a chance.

Idiots.

Down goes Frasier with a broken hand. Illinois could be hurting tomorrow and, unfortunately for the Big 10, in the NCAA's.

Yep, and it also opens the door wider for scUM to earn a bid.

An all TSUN BT final wouldn't shock me.

scUM imploding vs. Illinois now after a tough first half...(:groove:)

They (scUM) take some really mind-numbing shots. For instance, moments ago, they grab a long rebound, have a 3-1 advantage running and Douglass pulls up and air mails a three. Seriously, it's comical how much they rely on the three.
