I think it was a pretty fair list. I don't know if I agree with the order. Also I find it hard to believe that some of these backups that have not been starters for teams should actually qualify as a best"trio". If you ask me I think the best trios should be made up of returning starters but that is just my opinion.

I think they restricted their choices to players who will suit up and play this coming season. Otherwise it becomes one of those questions of who had the best backfield ever.

If Ohio State didn't lose any underclassman you would be fairly safe in assuming they'd be Top 5. Ginn/Gonzo/Pittman would be formidable trio.
