Back in SoCal, there's this burger place called "Burgers and Beer" in El Centro (Imperial County, over an hour east of San Diego) that has this thing called a Pancho Burger which was easily worth the drive out from SD. They also had a seriously lovely senorita working there who easily ranks in the top five most beautiful women I've ever spoken to (three of the top 5 were gals at tOSU, btw ).
It's ham and swiss stacked with about 4 slices of bread, topped with a little brown mustard, then dipped in a mixture of eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and any other spices your heart desires, then fried in a pan with some olive oil until golden brown.
