Best Brewery Cities

A few other great beer cities I've been to: Seattle, Boston, Montreal, Washington D.C. and San Diego. Ten years ago it probably would have just been Denver and San Fran, it's good to see so many cities that have good beer now.

Actually pure distilled water is bad for making beer. I'm sure they add minerals to lower the pH so they get a more effecient mash. But at least they don't have to deal with filtering out chlorine and chloramines from their water source.
