I'd open a restaurant. This town is definately lacking in variety of good, family-centered, no rush eating establishments. We don't even have an Apple Bee's. Tim Horton's does open soon! YEAAAAH.

I have wanted to own a higher end gentleman's club. Full bar, small food area, with a theme of a Japanese geisha house. It wouldn't all be asian women of course, that would be a bad business decision but the girls outfits would need to be oriental-style.

The food area would be set off from the stages just a little so the entertainment could still be seen but the naked girls weren't right up on the diners. The food area would specialize in [SIZE=-1]nyotai mori which, of course, would be a special fee, reservations needed, private room. Just stopping by for a sake and some sushi would be fine anytime.
