The first measurement was about 2 feet short - I have no idea what that last stoppage was about.

EDIT - But they did issue a 15-yard unsportsmanlike on Florida's #95 that drive - I think for woofing/taunting. I noticed on the play before they threw the flag that he was in the face of his blocker for a couple of seconds after the play - when he wasn't near the tackle.
