STARKVILLE — Mississippi State has spoken with Florida
offensive coordinator Dan Mullen about its head coaching
vacancy, the Associated Press reported late Sunday night.
It's unclear when the conversation took place or how much
substance there was to it. The AP cited UF coach Urban Meyer,
who spoke with reporters in Gainesville, Fla., Sunday night after
Florida learned it would play in the BCS National Championship Game.
