ok the clock was at 40 seconds when the ball was marked

they should have had to run a play

Yep they wound the clock even thought the play went out of bounds. I started screaming at the t.v. when the sideline judge wound his arm. Paranoid? Maybe, but these guys are giving us substantial opportunity to have doubts about their abilities to referee a fair game. Still trying to figure out why Heywood got the PF. Oh well, we are coming back lets do this!!!!!
