To be fair, I saw more sanity and acceptance of reality at that board in 5 minutes (after they read the PH report) than I have ever seen at BWI.
Sounds like someone is heading down the trail blazed by BWI....

The pepper hamilton report
From a lawyer's perspective--

As far as I know, they have only released "the findings of fact"; as opposed to the full report. For us, that is like hearing the verdict without watching the trial. It sounds awful, but there is a real lack of context.

Were there questions of credibility? If so, how were they reconciled. For instance, did a victim say "I told Coach Briles" and Coach Briles say "never heard it?" In that instance, we are paying Pepper Hamilton millions to analyze which story is more likely true based on the evidence they uncovered. We don't know how that was done.

But because we paid Pepper Hamilton to do the job, we have to live by the results. Hope they got it right, because we are paying a big price.

Interesting that the report states that the suppression involved "coaches" and yet Briles maintains that the rest of his staff will remain in place. Wouldn't it be more convincing - and necessary - to make a clean sweep?
