That list is definitely wrong. They have operating expenses for some teams like Ohio State and total expenses for others. You can check the data here.

That's a grossly inaccurate list. How could Wisconsin be ranked 19th and OSU 172nd when the Badger's men spend only marginally more on recruiting than the women's team and Ryan makes half of Matta's per year salary? Not really competing, I don't wear those facts as a badge. "Basketball State" should have spent more time on compiling accurate information and less on the smooth background.
