Actually, what's REALLY going to happen is that Michigan LOSES to ND, sending them into a 6-5 tailspin this season, where Lloyd Carr promptly gets fired and Jim Tressel bails on OSU and takes over the head job at Michigan, because obviously all of our QBs suck and Henne is going to win 7 Heismans. Willingham goes on a 10 game win streak, wins a bowl game, and finishes 11-1, and he immediately leaves ND and takes over at Penn State after JoePa retires after a moderately successful 8-4 season. Joe then decides he needs a new challenge, so he applies for the Ohio State job, but settles for the Iowa job after Kirk Ferentz leaves to become the head coach at Notre Dame. Instead of hiring Joe, Ohio State hires Steve Spurrier, who is the only man with a prayer of turning any of our QBs into anything but total sucktitude, leaving Lloyd Carr to go to Michigan A&M State Tech School of the Visually Impaired Brotherhood, where he immediately whines about having to play the Montana School of the Vertically Challenged and the Idaho Institute for Posthole Diggers back to back on the road, and claims the officials for the season opener against the Greater Guatalaharta School for Postgraduate Studies in Lettuce Washing will clearly be biased, as they spent a lunch hour at Taco Bell.
Sound reasonable?
