Once you start buying your meats from a good independent butcher you never go back to the supermarket. Especially for steaks.

My god the difference is amazing.

Check the ingredients of fattening foods. There is no bacon in chocolate bars! There's no bacon in cheesecake. or in pecan pie, or custard, or funnel cakes, elephant ears, donuts, tiramusu, honey-buns, sugar cookies, banana splits, raisin bread, biscotti,

There's more, but I'm gonna grab something to eat now....
